Players ONLY need to attend ONE of the dates listed above.
4U - N/A (No evaluations for 4U)
6U - 9:00 AM
8U - 10:00 AM
10U - 11:00 AM
12U - 12:00 PM
14U - 12:00 PM
Registered players who do not attend ONE of the evaluation dates will
automatically become a hat pick during draft.
COACHES DRAFT:
Drafts for each age group will be held
Players ARE NOT required to attend
* ONLY the Head Coach will be permitted in the office During the Draft.
TEAM MOM MEETING
Sunday -
Coaches will select a Team Mom for their team. If you are interested in being team mom or helping
the team mom - Let your coach know when they contact you after the draft.
[Each team MUST have a team mom or representative in attendance]
If a coach has not selected a team mom โ a coach or asst. coach MUST attend.
*Please Note: Space is limited * for this meeting we ask that
when at all possible alternate arrangements be made for children.
Field Prep Day
[Each team MUST have a Coach and/or Parent representatives in attendance for at least 4 hours]
Scorekeeping Class:
We offer TWO [2] scorekeeping class dates.
Both classes will be held at CAYB in the office
[Building next to the batting cages]
The classes are identical and you are only required
to attend ONE [1] of the class dates. If you want to attend
both you are welcome but NOT required.
Each time your team is the home team you are required to
have a scorekeeper to keep the score in the official scorebook.
Scorekeeping Class is provided for any/all parents/grandparents/guardians
who wish to take the class in the event they need to take score.
We encourage coaches to have multiple parent attend one of the two classes.

Raffle Pick up:
During Player Evaluations

** all players are required to sell at least TWO [2] books of raffle tickets

UNIFORMS:
Deadline for uniform size confirmation and changes

Uniforms will ONLY be released to team mom or coach for entire team
Opening Day:
Fun, Prizes, Games, Photos and day 1 of Baseball Games
There is a $10.00 arm band fee for ALL children to access booths & bounce houses.
